Darryl Mattocks, CEng
Group Managing DirectorDarryl is one of the pioneers of the internet and a serial entrepreneur in the sector. He founded the Internet Bookshop in 1992, the first commercial internet site in the UK and one of the first commercial web sites in the world, and grew it to become the largest online bookseller in Europe before selling it to WH Smith in 1998. He went on to found Travelstore, an online travel business travel management company, which he in turn sold to Last Minute. Since then he founded Domia to concentrate on the energy saving sector.
Adrian Green
Operations DirectorA senior business executive with a wide range of practical experience in the Electronics, Furniture and Personal Development Industries. Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. A creative individual with good design and problem solving skills. Dedicated to maintaining high standards.
Chris Richardson, FCMA
Finance DirectorWidely experienced individual with a background ranging from statutory accounting, financial planning and management information systems, mergers & acquisitions, management buyouts, change management, troubleshooting, IT systems, international treasury, human resources, corporate reporting and management disciplines of large multi-national organisations to hands on control, development and day to day running of a successful privately owned business. A combination of strong financial disciplines and real commercial flair. Having sold his business recently Mr Richardson is interested in any new challenge that makes use of his varied background.
Hugh Smith
Non Executive DirectorHugh is a successful entrepreneur investing his time and capital in various SMEs. Until its recent sale he was Chairman and a major shareholder in a multinational vehicle spare parts business, which had won the Queen's Award for Export. He holds non-executive Directorships with a number of hi-tech growth companies, including Hardide PLC which listed on AIM in 2005.
