Setting Up CCTV:To setup the Hamony CCTV in the Harmony GUI you must have the Harmony CCTV server up and running to enable the GUI to connect to it and display its camera views. Connecting to the CCTV server: To enable the Harmony GUI to display the camera views in the CCTV tab, the GUI must connect by registering the CCTV server's IP address and port numbers. To do this you must click on the Settings tab and tick the 'Enable CCTV control' in CCTV server section of the Harmony GUI Local settings.
Entering the IP address: Enter the IP address of the computer the CCTV server is running on, this will enable Harmony to know where to connect to. Click here to know how to find the IP address of a computer. Port number: Enter the port number in the numerical box by 'Port'. Please note that the default port number is 3132, this should enable you to connect to server. Show buttons: The 'Show Buttons' option enables you to choose whether you want the 'Enable Motion Detection' and 'Enable Recording' buttons appear under each camera view in the CCTV tab of the Harmony 2007 GUI. Click on the 'Update' button to set any changes you have made.
